How Do I Use This Chart?
Simply find the time zone that is posted in the thread that you are interested in and locate it on this chart. Based on that, you can look on this chart to calculate your time zone.
Please note, it is sometimes easier to calculate to the GMT time and then calculate from there.
Please make sure to double check for local variations on daylight savings/standard time when converting to your time zone.
Also, do not use the forum clock for your calculations as it is running slow!

An Example Scenario
There is a drop party that you want to go to. They have said it is at 5pm Pacific on a Saturday.
Example 1
You live in the Eastern Time Zone in North America.
Pacific is GMT -8 and Eastern is GMT -5. That means that you are 3 hours ahead. So for you to attend, the event would be at 8 pm on the Saturday.
Example 2
You live in Hong Kong.
Pacific is GMT -8, to get to the GMT you need to add the 8 hours. That would be 1 am on Sunday GMT (remember that when you cross the GMT you add a day going east or lose a day going west).
Now...Hong Kong is GMT +8 so that means the party for you is at 9 am on Sunday morning.
